Great Adirondack Steak and Seafood Restaurant - Lake Placid - the food at the Great Adirondack Steak and Seafood restaurant was the way to end the day. The best prime rib I have ever had and the brewery made it that much better. (keg)

Baba Louie's - Hudson - Terrific pizza. Well worth a stop if you are in the area. (Easy Ed)

Brio's - Phoenicia - (845) 688-5370. Great Burgers and good pizza. A great place to stop during a Catskills Ride.

Chateau Belleview - Tannersville - (518) 589-5525. A very good and reasonable French restaurant right on 23A. Right next to the Washington Irving Inn which is a very nice Bed and Breakfast. Very close to Platte Clove Road and Route 214. (Easy Ed)

Chief Martindale Diner - Craryville - 518-851-2525. N42 12.494 W73 38.075 This is a classic Silk City Diner. Great roads to get there and just a neat place to stop. Overall experience is great, but the food is not really the strong point here. Gets quite bit of write ups because it is one of the diners right off the Taconic Parkway. (NomadWillie)

Historic Village Diner - Red Hook - Great meal had by all on the way to the Catskills Weekend

West Taghkanic Diner - Ancram - I've always enjoyed stopping here. Everything they make is pretty good. It's right off of the Taconic Parkway on Route 82. There's great riding in the area, but few decent places to eat. If you don't want to deal with the traffic or congestion in the Great Barrington area, then this is a good option. - (Jimboni)
