Comments from West Virginia Riders:

Yes, we have some nice roads.  I'm sure some of the guys will jump in here and help you out.  I can only give you some route numbers that I can remember:  Rt 50, Rt 250, Rt 55, Rt 33. (Squirrel - Eastern Panhandle Motorcyclist Forum)

42, 72, 93, 219, 32, If you can make it to Eaglefest we will hit most of these rts (slowrollwv - Eastern Panhandle Motorcyclist Forum)

If you can get yourself in the Seneca Rocks/Canaan Valley area for two full days, here are some routes you might want to consider. These are from a fall ride several of us did last year. These are Garmin Mapsource routes so hopefully will work for ya..On this, some roads not to miss...

Smoke Hole Road - On where Saturday part 1 ends and Saturday Part 2 begins.. Garmin maps don't show the roads as going all the way from Rt220 to Rt28, but trust me... they do.

Leadmine Road - Beautiful Road.

Highlands Scenic Byway - Rt 150 on the Friday Route. Riverplace Resturaunt in Marlington is a great outdoor laid back place for a lunch or dinner stop.

Both the Friday and Saturday loops are based out of Canaan Valley Resort, but there are plenty of cheaper places to stay. The Resort is a great place to hang though as it has resturaunts and bar on site which means no need to ride for something to eat and and a cold one. Both loops are full dayers if you take in some of the neat attractions I have waypointed. I don't think you would go away disappointed with these loops..

Once you get into this area of WV, you will find there are no BAD roads to ride. They are all a blast. But these are some of my favorites.. (Venturous - Eastern Panhandle Motorcyclist Forum)

depends on where you wish to go... northern panhandle route 250 south from wheeling/moundsville to morgantown. east to west route 50 also route 33 and 119. route 52 southen part also rt 16, 19, 119 any other questions feel free to ask ive been all over the state. id look at going rt 50 to junction 220 south to 33 to 20 south (or 219 which ever) 52 west to 119 up to 16n to 50 then east back to va if there is more desire for curves and such look at rt 16 north off of 52, you will be tired at the end of that road! (Mooserabbit - Eastern Panhandle Motorcyclist Forum)

Route 219 in West Virginia is awesome. Runs north/south from border to border.  Twisties, mountains, valley floors......it's got it all. (Roy Parker)
