Brio's - Phoenicia - (845) 688-5370. Great Burgers and good pizza. A great place to stop during a Catskills Ride. Chief Martindale Diner - Craryville - 518-851-2525. N42 12.494 W73 38.075 This is a classic Silk City Diner. Great roads to get there and just a neat place to stop. Overall experience is great, but the food is not really the strong point here. Gets quite bit of write ups because it is one of the diners right off the Taconic Parkway. (NomadWillie) West Taghkanic Diner - Ancram - I've always enjoyed stopping here. Everything they make is pretty good. It's right off of the Taconic Parkway on Route 82. There's great riding in the area, but few decent places to eat. If you don't want to deal with the traffic or congestion in the Great Barrington area, then this is a good option. - (Jimboni) Southern/ New York City DiFara's Pizza - Brooklyn - One of the world's best pizzas.
