Birthday Bash 2010 Weekend

September 10-12, 2010

Ride glorious northern Vermont with your fellow New England Riders during

the weekend of September 10-12, 2010. We will be staying at the Commodore's Inn at 825 S Main St. (Route 100), Stowe, VT  05672.

Why: To celebrate the 10th birthday of NER.
What: A weekend of friendship, great riding and of course food!
 

RIDES:
Friday: We will post 3 different ways ( possibly more) to get to Stowe through., what we believe are, the finest motorcycle roads in New England. 
Saturday: We plan to put together 5 different rides for Saturday. Four whole day rides that travel through such fine areas as the Lake Champlain area, The Notches etc.There will be one half day ride for those of you who would prefer to do that. I will look into a dirt ride for those with duel sport bikes who with to ride dirt.

These rides will become available on Streets & Trips, Garmin GPS as well as printed map format. The idea is that you decide what ride that you want to do and with whom and go do it. No giant group rides. We are suggesting groups of no more than 6 so that you can travel easier.

Sunday: There will be a few suggested routes that you can take to get home. Maps will be available for these as well in the formats mentioned above.

FOOD:
 

Breakfast: Each room includes a complimentary full buffet breakfast in the dining room.

 Friday night: Friday nights dinner will be a cook out with hotdogs & Burgers on the grill. It  will include pasta salad & Potato salad. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS DINNER AS IT IS MY WAY OF SAYING THANKS.

Saturday night: Saturday night will consist of a buffett dinner which will include prime rib, a chicken dish, a pork dish, a fish dish. a full soup & salad bar, one non alcoholic beverage with dinner, dessert and coffee & includes gratuity for a grand total of $22.00 per person. This will be paid individually on that Sat night. It can either be charged to your room or paid at the table.

ACCOMMODATIONS

This year we will be staying at the Commadores Inn in Stowe, VT a link to their website is here.

They have an in house resturant & bar. An outdoor pool and pond with canoes and kayaks for the use of guests at no charge.

*THE FINE PRINT: This year you will pay for your meal(s) at the table and they can be charged to your room as well. The resevation policy is a $50.00 deposit on your credit card when you make the resevation and the remainder will be charged the weekend of the event when you checkout. The cancelation policy is a 24 hour notice to cancel without incurring a cost.
