NER Notes

For those on the Four Corners of the US tour, the Inn of Acadia in Madawaska, ME is excellent. Very Reasonably priced with deluxe accommodations and a tasty breakfast. The location is a bit unusual (across the street from a high school), but the town is quiet and we found it very friendly.

Four corners Park (where you obtain the certification of visit) is close by. The certificate booth was closed when we got there (8:00 am), but the gas station attendant from across the street actually telephoned the booth guy (without us asking) and he came within 10 minutes to give us our visit stamps.
