Great breakfast food with a beautiful view of the White Mountains. Pancakes come in many flavors and are served hot to order. Several maple condiments are served on every table including pure maple syrup, maple sugar, and maple spread.

Polly's is a staple of northeast riding-for-food destinations. Once you've had their delicious pancakes with all the maple fixins, it's hard not to want to go back again and again. The view out front of the White Mountains is spectacular, particularly in the fall.
