NER Notes

Northeast Vermont combines curvy roads with pretty & remote countryside.

The ride begins with a ride through Kinsman Notch and along Route 116 to breakfast at Polly’s Pancake Parlor. The ride continues north on NH Route 18 and NH Route 135 along the Connecticut River. Next come the fantastic sweepers of VT Route 102 along the Connecticut River. The ride turns west along the Canadian border on VT Route 114. Enjoy new pavement on pretty VT Route 111. Turn south on VT Route 5A and stop at the pretty falls at Willoughby and spectacular south beach at Lake Willoughby, Visit rural Vermont on Peacham Road and W. Barnet Road to photogenic Hillside Acres Farm. Turn south on NH Route 135 and then east on NH 112 back to Lincoln.

Lunch is at the Miss Lyndonville Diner or Cafe Sweet Basil (Wed-Fri)
