NER Notes

Book a round-trip ferry ticket for this gorgeous ride around Martha’s Vineyard. Highlights include the Gingerbread Houses (no MCs allowed so must walk this area – be sure to copy the waypoints outside the route), East Chop Light, West Chop, Lambert’s Cove Road, Larsen’s Fish Market (great chowder & view ), Aquinnah Cliffs, the Aquinnah Shop’s Restaurant Deck (take a soft drink out for a great view), Moshup Trail, Edgartown Head Light, and Oak Bluffs.

Grab a meal at the Martha’s Vineyard Chowder Company in Oak Bluffs. East Chop Drive is one way due to cliff erosion.

Bob's review pretty much says it all. This is more about the stops than the riding, but seeing the island on two wheels is probably the best way to do it.

Nice day trip. Take your time and be a tourist. Note, section in Oak Bluffs through the ginger bread houses (Marthas Vinyard Camp Meeting Association) is no motorcycles. I suggest finding parking and go for a walk. Cool area. Ferry was pricey, check in advance if money is a concern.
